Wednesday: Dinner to benefit Ocracoke Seafood Locals Seafood and Locals Oyster Bar are hosting a special four-course dinner benefiting Ocracoke Seafood. Ocracoke Seafood was badly damaged from Hurricane Dorian. Proceeds from this event will be donated to Ocracoke Foundation’s efforts to repair Ocracoke Seafood.
