TOP CHEF Dinner Series at High Horse

At High Horse, Chef Katsuji Tanabe welcomes Chef Silvan Barban of LaRina Pastificio & Vino for a dinner featuring her North Italian cuisine, to be served alongside his wood-fired dishes. The menu includes Oyster & Scallop Crudo colatura di alici with EVOO, and serrano peppers; Octopus and Shrimp Tostada with cilantro aioli, avocado, mint, and habaneros; Dry Fideo with chorizo, and burrata; Bucatini with meyer lemon, crispy shallots, fennel, caloatura di alici, Calabrian chili oil, and bottarga; Honeynut Squash with brown butter, red onion agrodoclce, pumpkin seeds, and thyme; and Canollis and Pannacotta. On January 14th, select dishes from Barban’s menu at LaRina will be available, in addition to the regular High Horse menu.
