Free Classes at CorePower Yoga Chapel Hill

CorePower Yoga Chapel Hill is celebrating the opening of its new yoga fitness studio with ten days of free yoga classes. Beyond the preview period, you always receive your first week of classes for free, allowing you to sample the different formats offered. Four class formats are offered including CorePower Yoga 1, CorePower Yoga 2, Hot Power Fusion and Yoga Sculpt. Formats range in style, difficulty and flow to fit every experience level. St. Roch Fine Oysters + Bar is collaborating with the best chefs around to bring you a dining experience you won’t forget! One day out of each month they’ll be preparing a menu that’s been crafted by one of their chef pals. This week, Chef Matt Kelly of Mateo Bar De Tapas, St. James Seafood, and Mothers & Sons are creating the menu.
