15th Annual Capital City Bikefest

The country’s largest downtown motorcycle rally, this three-day, family-friendly event featuring musical performances, parades and plenty of sweet rides is tough to miss (and impossible not to hear!). 2nd Annual Milk Fest

Rolesville Annual BBQ & Bands Festival

The Rolesville Chamber of Commerce will host its annual BBQ & Bands Fest. The Rolesville BBQ and Bands Festival has over 20 cooks and 50 vendors. The event features a three-category BBQ cook-off. The grills will heat up as teams compete for cash prizes for best whole hog, chicken and ribs. BBQ will be judged by NC Pork sanction judges in addition to a celebrity judge panel. While teams fire up the grill, the mic will also heat up with local bands throughout the day and kids can enjoy bouncy houses, rides and games. Groove in the Garden

Raleigh’s celebration of homegrown music returns for its fifth year in the beautiful Stephenson Amphitheatre and Raleigh Rose Garden located on the campus of Raleigh Little Theatre. CenterFest Arts Festival

The Durham Arts Council is bringing the 45th Annual CenterFest Arts Festival to downtown Durham. Visual artists will showcase their work, and 75 performing arts groups provide continuous music, dance and entertainment throughout the festival including extended Saturday evening entertainment. 12th Annual Pittsboro Pepperfest

Abundance NC presents The Amazing Pepper Festival. PepperFest is a celebration of sustainable agriculture, farmers, and the creativity of the Piedmont’s top chefs, brewers and artisans. This outdoor event has live music and revelry, learning and discovery – including a kid’s craft and fun zone – while filling up on delicious pepper-themed dishes made with delicious, locally grown sweet, hot and smoky NC peppers.
