Rocky Mount Mills Beer Garden Opens

The Rocky Mount Mills Beer Garden will open to the public with fun for the entire family! Join in to enjoy beers from their sister site in the east and breweries Tarboro Brewing Company, BDD Brewing Co., Koi Pond Brewing Company, and HopFly Brewing Co. along with the Big C Waffles Food Truckand Family Yoga from American Underground company Growga. The Growga class will run from 5-6 pm. There is a $5 suggested donation to support Growga Gives scholarships for underserved communities. Summer Solstice Sunrise Yoga

Celebrate the longest day of the year with an early morning yoga session in Flowers Field at Dorothea Dix Park. Watch the sun rise over downtown Raleigh on the first day of summer as you breathe, stretch, and enjoy the peacefulness of nature during a relaxing practice led by yoga instructors with CorePower Yoga. Sour to the People Beer Fest at Hi-Wire

Hi-Wire Brewing at Golden Belt is back at it again with the first annual “Sour to the People” beer festival at their Taproom in Durham, NC. The line-up will feature 20 nationwide and local breweries bringing some of the rarest and sought after sour and wild ales to the Triangle. 5th Annual PickleFest

The Rickhouse hosts Durham’s 5th Annual PickleFest – a pickle-packed tasting event and market place! Adult Field Day

What better way to enjoy your Saturday than to drink beer and compete in games! Events include kan jam, corn hole, keg toss, beer can hungry hippo, giant beer pong, grain sack tictactoe. Teams will be put together day of in sizes of 2, 4 or 6 people. There will be prizes for the first-place team of the group of 2, group of 4 and group of 6. Prizes include: Compass Rose gift cards, Dogwood Country Club indoor simulator for 4 people, Ruckus gift card for each person. The proceeds of this event will support the 24 foundation.
