Got to Be NC Festival

Putting the best of N.C. food and beverage on display, the Got to Be NC Festival offers tons of eating opportunities, live music, a huge collection of antique tractors, a carnival for children and more activities (plus free parking and admission) at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds. One of the Southeast’s premier arts festivals, Artsplosure – The Raleigh Arts Festival attracts more than 80,000 people to downtown Raleigh during the third weekend of May each year. Celebrating fine visual art and live music since 1980, the festival puts more than 180 artists’ work, using countless mediums, on display for all to see and enjoy during the free festival. The Town of Morrisville SpringFest turns Town Hall Drive into a carnival for the whole family! The event includes great entertainment, midway games, rides, live music and some of your favorite food trucks! Admission is free but bring money for food trucks and games! Spring Fling at Dix Park

Moved from April 13th to this weekend, get ready for a fun-filled afternoon that celebrates the kid in all of us! The (kid-free) Spring Fling at Dorothea Dix Park – a field day for adults! The event includes an epic egg hunt with 15,000 eggs, inflatables, and lawn games. Free; 3 – 7 pm; 2105 Umstead Dr, Raleigh, NC 27602

Durham Strong

Help support our neighbors who are injured or out of work from the explosion that shook Downtown Durham. There will be live music, food and drink, and a silent auction. Participants include: It’s a Southern Thing, COPA, Viceroy, Lula & Sadies’, Ramblers, Louella Wine Beer & Beverage, Alley 26, Fullsteam, Durham Distillery, Union Member House, The Parlor, Loaf, East Durham Bake Shop, and more. All proceeds go to the Bull City Strong Fund with Upserve Works in Durham 501(c)(3) and will benefit those injured or out of work from the explosion. Dunkin’ for Durham

Here is another benefit for the Durham restaurant workers impacted by the blast. This food festival features all-star chefs, DJs, bands, a dunkin’ booth, a silent auction and more!
