Movement @ Market

Join the Downtown Raleigh Alliance and Poyner YMCA for the Movement @ Market fitness series. This evening cardio + stretch workout takes place at Market Plaza and happens every Tuesday in April. This week is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class. Upcoming classes include Kickboxin (April 9), HIIT Class (April 16), Kickboxing (April 23) and HIIT Class (April 30). 2019 Full Frame Documentary Film Festival

Join the 22nd Annual Full Frame Documentary Film Festival in downtown Durham. This annual international event is dedicated to the theatrical exhibition of nonfiction cinema. Each spring, Full Frame welcomes filmmakers and film lovers from around the world to downtown Durham, for a four-day, morning-to-midnight array of nearly 100 films, as well as discussions, panels, and Southern hospitality. Set within a few city blocks, the intimate festival landscape fosters community and conversation among filmmakers, film professionals, and the public.
