Fullsteam Brewery and Pompieri Pizza Kitchen Takeover

Pompieri Pizza and Fullsteam Brewery are collaborating for a kitchen and tap takeover! Pompieri Pizza’s Sous Chef Kevin Goller prepares appetizers in Fullsteam Brewery’s kitchen. Gnudi, Beer Cheese Arancini (made with Fullsteam Brewery beer) and Italian Poutine will be on the menu for the night. Starting March 21, Four Fullsteam Brewery beers will be on tap at Pompieri Pizza, and they’ll have a Fullsteam-inspired pizza on the menu for a limited time. Carolina Hurricanes All-Star Chef Series

The Carolina Hurricanes are teaming up with Social House Vodka to host a series of dinners featuring area chefs. Dubbed the All-Star Chef Series, each meal will take place two hours before game time at the Arena Club Restaurant at PNC Arena. The four-course meals will include signature cocktails from guest bartenders. This week features Walter Royal of Angus Barn, Raleigh and Serge Falcoz-Vigne of Saint Jacques, Raleigh.
