The Third Annual Cooking for a Classic features 8 top Triangle chefs competing in a tournament-style format while raising funds for the Lucy Daniels Center! Your evening will include six plated courses by two chefs; a silent auction of chef-designed packages; and a cocktail bar featuring local brews, spirits and wines for purchase. Vote anonymously along with expert guest judges to see who moves on to the next round and ultimately wins a classic Jeep Scrambler or $15,000 cash! $75; Monday & Tuesday, 6 pm; 1705 East Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609

Bittersweet Presents: Pi Day

Every dessert-lover’s favorite day! 3/14 is Pi Day, and just like the decibel, Bittersweet’s slices are never-ending. Six different flavors, including fan-favorite Derby pie, will be available.
