Toast to the Triangle

Toast to the Triangle will be on Sunday, March 10 from 6-9pm at the McKimmon Center on NC State’s campus. The event brings together 30 of the Triangle area’s best restaurants and beverage providers competing to be the favorite flavor of the night by providing samples of their fare. In between bites, guests can bid on over 100 silent auction items and packages, purchase a mystery bottle of wine, snap a photo in the green screen photo booth and more! Jimbo’s Annual Backyard BBQ Competition

36 local BBQ teams go head to head in a 4 meat category competition. People’s choice also allows the public to come in and sample all of the different flavors. Snow Day at Waverly Place

For those looking for snow in the Carolinas in 2019, get ready to bundle up! Join Waverly Place for its eighth annual Snow Day event for a day of winter fun with sledding hills, snowball fights and more. Enjoy specials from Waverly Place retailers including giveaways and in-store promotions. Plan for the whole family to take part in a wide variety of activities like music from DJ Gary Gibson, trampoline fun with Springfree Trampoline, plus games for all ages including cornhole, giant Connect-Four and more. You must register in advance for a designated time slot. Each ticket is valid for a one-hour session within your purchased time slot, which permits access to two sledding hills.
