Full Moon Terrarium

Happy Plant Raleigh is joining Gypsy Jule (One of my favorite shops in Raleigh) to help you build a full moon terrarium. Don’t have a green thumb? Don’t worry, you only water it once a month Afterwards….their full moon circle begins at 5 pm. That portion is a ticketed event led by Stephanie Cotton. $20+; Sunday, 2-4 pm; 207 W Davie St, Raleigh, NC 27601

Raleigh Roasts

The City of Raleigh Museum is hosting Raleigh Roasts, an event that celebrates Raleigh’s café culture. Sip on samples, shop coffee products and receive a complimentary City of Raleigh Museum coffee mug. Confirmed vendors include Larry’s Coffee, Lucettegrace, Raleigh Coffee Company, Rise Biscuits Donuts Cameron Village, Benelux Coffee, and Escazu Chocolates. Chatham Rabbits Music Co. will provide musical entertainment. Visitors to the museum who do not wish to participate in Raleigh Roasts will still be able to purchase products from these vendors. Girl Scout Cookie & Beer Pairing

Back by popular demand, The Glass Jug Beer Lab will be serving up specialty flights of Girl Scouts cookies and beer! The Glass Jug team has selected our of their favorite cookies and paired them up with four equally tasty beers. No advance tickets are needed. The Dangling Loafer

They’re celebrating their 7th anniversary with three headliners! Mike Mello, Lauren Faber, and Mary Kate Morookian are all back this month alongside Aaron Ransom, Corey Freeman, Justin Scranton, and David Micheal! The show is hosted by Shane Smith snd Sam Mazany. The Music of Billy Joel with the North Carolina Symphony

One of Broadway’s best joins the Symphony for an evening devoted to the legendary Billy Joel. Hand-picked by the “piano man” himself for the starring role in the Broadway musical Movin’ Out, Grammy- and Tony-nominated Michael Cavanaugh performs Billy Joel’s biggest hits–“She’s Got a Way,” “New York State of Mind,” “Uptown Girl,” “Only the Good Die Young,” and more! Pop-Up Raleigh

Trophy Brewing and Taproom (Maywood)’s monthly vintage+art market has food trucks, beer, sweet treats, fresh popcorn and more. Shop over 50 artists and craftspeople from around North Carolina (most from the Raleigh area) and some vintage vendors with a one-of-a-kind clothing and funky finds will set up shop inside and outside the brewery.
