Views from The Durham
Join on the roof for a series of telescopic stargazing nights hosted by Morehead Planetarium and Science Center and Innovate Your Cool Conference. Free Yoga at Dix Park
Enjoy the nature and tranquility of Dorothea Dix Park as certified yoga instructor Dana Lindquist leads you through yoga poses to increase strength and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a yoga mat, if you have one, a towel and a filled water bottle. Water is not available in the park. There are port-a-johns available, but they may be a significant walk from the yoga location. Raleigh Night Market
Join in Raleigh’s first night market that showcases Raleigh’s creativity under the beautiful lights and cobblestone streets of City Market. SkillPop will be joining us inside Market Hall to host a cookie decorating class with Southern Sugar Bakery, LLC. More details to come for registration. There will be local brews and cocktails, including a special sour by the hour, where they will be tapping a specialty sour beer each hour at 6 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm and 9 pm. CycleBar North Hills Raleigh Back to School Blast
CycleBar North Hills Raleigh, is hosting a four-day Back to School Blast to get you excited about group fitness in the triangle. On Thursday at 4:45 pm, join in a free workout with Core Fitness Studio when you sign up for the 5:45 pm class. Cool off with free juice from Happy and Hale after. On Saturday, August 18th from 11 am – 2 pm, they are having a block party and at 1:30 pm, there is a free ride class. Midtown Beach Music Series
