Triangle Restaurant Week
Triangle Restaurant Week is a week-long celebration of culinary excellence designed to incorporate the premier Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding area restaurants. During TRW, participating restaurants offer special three-course menu options and fixed pricing, a great opportunity for you to indulge in the area’s finest cuisine! Yoga on the Lawn

Negroni Week and Pop-Up Shop
Happy Negroni Week 2018! Celebrate with free tours of Crude Bitters & Sodas production space. Crude Bitters & Sodas has partnered with Equality NC and will donate $2 of every Crude Bitters & Sodas product sold during the week to their cause. In addition, they will have raffles for a private cocktail class and cocktail supply bundles! They are also hosting cocktail classes during the week, with all proceeds to Equality NC. Wellness Wednesdays
The Wellness Wednesdays Series is a free fitness opportunity made up of two sessions in the Spring and Fall. They take place on the grass lawn of Midtown Park and encourage participants to “Get Your Fit On” by promoting whole-body wellness through a wide variety of fitness concepts. Market on Market
Market on Market, a program produced by the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, brings the highest quality local growers and food artisans together for a Raleigh audience. Vendors include North Carolina farmers, ranchers, fisherman, nurserymen, bakers, cheese makers, and specialty foods producers. Located in Market and Exchange Plazas in downtown Raleigh, the market promises to be the premier venue for locally grown produce and artisan foods in Raleigh. Global Running Day at Fleet Feet
Last year, 12,000 runners across the country participated in the first-ever Fleet Feet nationwide 5K on Global Running Day. In 2018, The Big Run is back and bigger than ever. Remember, this is a fun run! It will not be timed an dit is open to runners and walkers of  all ages and abilities. Free Yoga Wednesdays at Hot Yoga of East Nashville Benefitting Martha O’Bryan Center
Located in a historic East Nashville building, Hot Yoga of East Nashville is offering free yoga to any and all on Wednesdays. This includes all of the 15 classes through out the day. Just, show up at the studio to join a class. Please remember that our classrooms do fill up, and a first-come-first-serve policy will be in place. Donations are accepted for these classes, and 100% of the proceeds will be given to the Martha O’Bryan Center to support their education programs and their fight to end the cycle of poverty experienced by 1 in 5 people in Nashville today. Jazz Jam Sessions on the Roof with Al Strong
Every Thursday, Al Strong Music & friends meet on the roof for an open jam session.
