Mardi Gras RDU
Join in the annual Mardi Gras crawl hitting up 5+ of your favorite downtown Raleigh in and around Glenwood Ave. They will be giving away swag all night as well as playing a few games, a super prize for most festive and of course enjoy a few beverages on us throughout the night! Free admission into all spots, drink specials and giveaways during our time slots. Dressing festive is highly encouraged. Mardi Gras Kickoff Fundraiser
Join in Mardi Gras celebration and sample a wide variety of foods from popular local restaurants while enjoying beer or wine and listening to live music by Wildflower and the Weeds! There will be a raffle drawing, and silent and live auctions with a chance to win various prizes, including: Beach & Mountain Vacation Homes; golf packages in Cary, Holly Springs & Precision Golf Center; Signed Duke & NCSU Team Basketballs; sports packages & wine baskets; gift certificates to local establishments, and more. 100% of the proceeds will support Cary MacGregor Rotary Club Foundation, which funds various philanthropic projects throughout the year locally and internationally, and Life Experiences, Inc. Carnevale
Join in a Carnevale celebration and dinner hosted by The Triangle Bailliage of North Carolina! The menu will consist of several courses of authentic recipes celebrating the creativity and diversity of Italian cuisine. There will also be wine pairings for you to enjoy. Be prepared for some special vintages, including wines not readily available in the USA! Dress code for the evening is black tie or dark suits for men, and cocktail attire for the ladies. Trap Yoga
Stay motivated during your practice as they mix Power Yoga with bass heavy Trap Music. Let loose, laugh, twerk, dance, sing-a-long and just have fun! Some yoga experience is encouraged prior to attending a Trap Yoga class. If you are new to yoga consider attending Intro to Yoga prior to attending a Trap Yoga class. During class you will be practicing intermediate poses. Find your fullest expression of the pose where you feel challenged but not overdoing it or risking injury, and are able to find relaxation and surrender in the pose. Cupid’s Undie Run
In 2010, a group of do-gooders dropped their pants and ran through the D.C. cold to raise money for research to help end neurofibromatosis, a rare genetic disorder that can cause tumors to grow anywhere on or in the body. In 2012, Cupid’s Charity became a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit and since its inception has raised over $14,500,000. Join in the fun!
