Corks & Cakes: Valentine’s Edition

Enjoy a menu with items like Ostras, local oysters woith pomegranate infused apple, mint, and rocoto pepper; Ensalada de Palmito with charred endive, hearts of palm, goat cheese, cucumber, toasted macademia nuts, and cilantro vinaigrette; Pistachio encrusted Chilean Sea Bass with parsnip purée, beluga lentils, oyster mushrooms, charred poblano chimichurri, and pickled carrots; and a dessert of Videri Dark Chcoclate Terrine with strawberry ice cream, cheesecake, pistachios, and Champagne berries. 2018 Wake Forest Mardi Gras Festival
Join in a fun-filled day in downtown Wake Forest during the Wake Forest Mardi Gras Street Festival presented by Gladwell Orthodontics and Primrose School of Heritage Wake Forest. The event will offer a walking parade, face painting, live music, children’s activities, and assorted contests for people of all ages.
