NC F&B’s Pork & Rum Family Meal
Join in the first Dining Event “Pork & Rum” at Piedmont Restaurant. Inspired by the conversation in episode 70 with Lassiter Distilling, we are pairing their NC Rums with a menu by ‘TVs’ Chef John May. We’re taking over Piedmont and providing rum drinks from our NC F&Bar (Matthew Bettinger of C. Grace & Sidebar) with a theme of Caribbean-meets-Hawaiian-meets-North Carolina. And for the best part, it’s Family-Style. Let’s break the chains of multi-coursed plating and sit down with friends and family and eat the way we eat in the industry. Think big tables, big plates and flowing cocktails. Canapes & Cocktail Hour, 3 Uniquely Paired Dishes with Rum Cocktails & Dessert! $65; Sunday, 5-8 pm; 401 Foster St #B2, Durham, NC 27701
